1. Why is my refund not yet reflected in my account?

Any refund generated from our end takes from 5-7 business days which excludes Saturday ,Sunday and Bank holidays. It will be credited to your account within 7 working days if it takes longer contact our customer service

2. I forgot my log in password?

Kindly click on forgot password you will receive an update on your email follow instructions and generate your password.

3. I didn't receive an order confirmation on my phone?

Order updates will be sent on the same platform on which the order is placed.

4. How can I track my order?

Click on track my order at homepage enter the shipment AWB no.the details will reflect 'or' login from your account go to customer profile- orders- track your orders

5.. Can 'I' cancel my order?

Once the shipment is out for delivery the order cannot be cancelled  and refund cannot be raised.

6. I have a query about product?

Contact 'us' on whatsapp- app.

7. I would like to change my shipping address?

The address can be updated provided the shipment is not out for delivery "contact us" to confirm.
